    Looks to me like the sequence goes:
    1. Rxd8+ Kxd8
    2. Qxf8+ Kd7
    3. Qc8+ Ke7
    4. Rc7#

    Hank you are incorrect, after Rc7 black replies with Qd8

    1) Rxd8+ Kxd8
    2) Qxf8+ Kd7
    3) Qd6+ Ke8
    4) Rc8#
